Nicole D’Aulerio, PMP, is the Engineering Project Manager for the Fluid Dynamics and Acoustics Office at the Pennsylvania State University’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL). She has knowledge of both predictive and adaptive life cycles and has led projects ranging from commercial building specialties, to high priority cross-functional marketing assignments, to multi-million dollar government research grants. Starting her career in construction project management, she has experience in lead generation, budget creation, contract negotiation, and scheduling. Nicole is a certified Project Manager Professional, trained in lean engineering, and has studied the Sandler Institute’s sales philosophy. Before joining ARL, she collaborated with leadership to double company sales and in another role was recognized for being within the top 5% nationally for her personal sale’s gross profit. She has initiated and led strategic roadmaps, built standard operating procedures, and automated processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
